Rooms have been renovated. Extremely nice. Close to Powerton Power Plant. I was going to stay there and paid for a week in advance. An unexpected issue arose and she issued me a total refund, which she didn't have to do per their refund policy. Very nice owners and understand that circumstances change. Rooms are very very nice after she has spent the time and money to update them. Nice part of town close to Mineral Springs Park and down town.
The staff here is absolutely incredible! They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and that everything is satisfactory. You can tell that they are determined to rectify this motel's past history and make it a safe, affordable, home away from home. The weekly rates are incredibly fair, especially for the area. You will not find a comparable motel stay for the price. The rooms are on par with the Holiday Inn Express now that the new owners have gone to such great lengths to ensure better quality. Everything is clean clean clean in the rooms, including linens and towels, and it is quiet. The plumbing works without a hitch, endless hot water and great toilets. Finally, they do not give any incentives or discounts for leaving good reviews. The 5 star reviews are genuine.The owners ask that you leave them a review and if it's not going to be a 5, they ask what they can do to make it a 5, which shows integrity. Highly recommend, and if you have any concerns just speak with Jaimi!
This place is very nice very clean and well managed. The owner is so sweet and is very accommodating.. prices are reasonable.. she is willing to work with you as well on prices.
Incredibly kind and genuine people who run the motel! Rooms are fair for the price but could be nicer. Overall, a nice place to stay for a reasonably low-ish price in comparison to most places around.
We have had a very positive experience at this hotel! The room has been very comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff have been consistently professional, kind, and responsive. Located in a convenient area of town, with restaurants and parks close by. And pricing is very fair and reasonable.
The owners are amazing they really make you feel like family and the rooms are always clean and they are always working to make your stay better would 1000% stay again and recommend to all my friends and family
The beds are so very comfortable and the owners are the nicest people I’ve ever met!!!! They are very accommodating and attentive :) 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone!! Clean parking lot, quiet neighbors, lots of parking :) all around a great experience and vibe!
Very nice people that run the place. Will make sure you are taken care of. Clean the rooms daily. Keep the soda machine stocked up will check on you when they see you makes sure you're good on towels,wash rags,toilet paper, garbage bags or even if you just need someone to talk too. They are very fair rated on the rooms and in a very convenient location for food,drinks,smokes,and a 24/7 Walgreens right across the street.
